Peer Support

Our Peer Support Services provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive guidance to individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community. Led by trained peer specialists with lived experience, we offer one-on-one virtual support, group reentry circles, and practical tools for emotional regulation, goal setting, and navigating life after incarceration. Designed to reduce recidivism and promote lasting change, our services meet justice-involved individuals where they are—whether in halfway homes, under supervision, or in early recovery. Through compassionate support and evidence-based tools, we help clients rebuild their lives with dignity, resilience, and purpose. We currently partner with organizations.
